Purpose:
Our Event Volunteer Program provides meaningful opportunities for community members to support events at Midtown Global Market while strengthening connections, culture, and small business success.We are building a small, dedicated volunteer community focused on:
Supporting events
Creating welcoming guest experiences
Connecting people to the Market
Having fun while making an impact
No long-term commitment is required — volunteer when your schedule allows.

Event Support Team
Volunteers help make events run smoothly and welcoming for everyone.
Typical activities may include:
Event setup and teardown
Registration or welcome tables
Greeting guests
Providing directions and information
Assisting activities or performers
Light logistics support
Helping staff with coordination
No prior experience is needed — we’ll guide you.

Sign up per event — no ongoing obligation
Typical shifts: 2–4 hours
Minimum age: 16 years
Individuals and groups welcome (corporate, student, community groups)
You can volunteer once or as often as you like.
